Stop wondering and explore Cacao Barry®’s Itinero™. This interactive tool allows you to compose and finetune your favourite chocolate flavour for dark, milk and white chocolate. The app then recommends which Cacacao Barry® chocolate couvertures correspond best with your preferred flavour.

Itinero’s™ pairing guide works in 2 directions: you can start from an ingredient – for instance foie gras. Itinero™ will then guide you to a choice of Cacao Barry’s chocolate couvertures that pair perfectly with your selected ingredient.

For each Cacao Barry’ chocolate formulation, Itinero™ will list a variety of pairing ingredients that match with the sensorial profile of the chocolate.
